Join Sustain Saint Paul for a presentation by Joe Spencer from the Saint Paul Downtown Alliance about the future of our downtown.

Over the past year, SPDA has led an effort in partnership with public and private stakeholders to create a strategy for further density, vitality, and desirability in downtown Saint Paul. The Downtown Investment Strategy, which will be released in mid-March, will identify priority development opportunities and/or policies based on stakeholder input, community engagement, market analysis, and an economic impact assessment.

Joe will walk through the report’s findings and share more about what it means for the downtown Saint Paul.
