Join us to explore an incredible adaptive re-use project in the heart of the West Seventh Neighborhood. The Rathskeller by Mancini's was formerly part of the Schmidt Brewing facility and is now a vibrant event space. This is a private tour that will end with FREE beer courtesy of Mancini's. This one-of-a-kind tour will be led by Phil Gagne, Director of Operations, who has 40 years of history with the Schmidt Brewing complex.
