Join us to hear from leaders in Portland: Neighbors Welcome, an organization that advocates for pro-housing and pro-tenant policies in Portland, Oregon. At our May meeting, Neil and Henry will share discuss insights and lessons learned from their successful campaign in Portland; we expect that their wisdom will help inform our advocacy for zoning reforms through St. Paul's ongoing 1-4 unit housing study.
