The Saint Paul Planning Commission’s upcoming public hearing on the Hillcrest site will be held on Friday, March 4, 2022 at 8:30 a.m. The hearing will be on the Hillcrest Master Plan, the Hillcrest Rezoning Study, the Hillcrest Zoning Code Study, and an associated amendment to the Saint Paul Comprehensive Plan.

Like the redevelopment of the Ford site in the Highland neighborhood of Saint Paul, the Hillcrest site on the East Side offers exciting opportunities to envision the future of housing, transportation, and land use in Saint Paul.
